P3_logoP3: More than a New Name
August 2014

For more than a dozen years, a small group of printing company owners communicated multiple times a week and met quarterly. They asked questions, sought each other’s counsel, shared successes and new technology, and encouraged each other. They helped each other build stronger companies. They were called the PEN PEER GROUP.

During the May 2014 quarterly meeting, the seven business owners saw the combined power of their companies. By allowing each individual company to offer all of the resources of all seven companies, they could provide a broader range of services, capabilities and geography for their individual clients. P3 (PRINT PRODUCTION PEERS) was born.

P3 is a consortium of seven individual printing and communications companies. All companies are commercial printers, but now the value-added services of one are the value-added services of all. A few examples include:

  • BPI Media Group’s 54” wide-format press
  • Caskey Group’s marketing and signage services
  • Hederman Brothers’ integrated communications experience
  • Marshall & Bruce Company’s packaging services
  • Woolverton’s expertise in niche categories

P3 is more than a name change. P3 is the “power of five” to provide YOU with the best communications services from the best printing and communications companies in the U.S.
